MAZ OWN XM's PAGE
last updated 28-Oct-1997
NOTE: This page will not be updated anymore, see you at the new website www.maz-sound.com!
last updated 28-Oct-1997, a 28.8 modem takes 4 minutes to download, program runs under everything ;)
maybe my only module which is worth the download :-)
this one is the "seven months later"-edit of my contribution to Mekka/Symposium 97 (wasn't played), that's why it is 3:00 long and ends a bit drastic :-)
16 channel XM (NET version), original size with 16bit/44kHz samples is 1.8 MB
did this during xmas '96 (yeah, all but new) and reworked it for Mekka, due to a HD crash the XM got lost (including the newer original 16 bit version whith many details changed) so I had to download my own song from cdrom.com :-) and to recreate the original one
style? once again typical "outdated" And One/Electro style, this time based on some RubberDuck (which kicks ReBirth's ass!) generated 303ish sounds
hmm, you know I am not able to create something REALLY cool but ehehe, I think it's my best song so far (tuned samples do magic)
last updated 28-Aug-1996, a 28.8 modem takes 2 minutes to download, program runs under everything ;)
rework of Depeche Mode's "Fly On The Windscreen"
14 channel XM (NET version), original size with 16bit/44kHz samples is 1.7 MB
my 1st one-shot XM, done in one day
started to show a friend with his synthies how easy it is to track :) hmm ... and finished it :-)
sorry to all deMo fans in the world :)
last updated 17-Jun-1996, a 28.8 modem takes 2 minutes to download, program runs under everything ;)
original from summer '95, finally "finished" (really?? ...) during some extra minutes after a failed examination :-)
name is concept: diffuse pattern order, voices are terribly detuned against each other, various messed up styles in one song *huuaaah*
8 channel XM (NET version), original size with 16bit/44kHz samples is 1.8 MB
based on the typical LeatherStrip kick/snare pattern
last updated 02-Jan-1996, a 28.8 modem takes 2 minutes to download, program runs under everything ;)
10 channel XM (NET version), original size with 16bit/44kHz samples is 2 MB
dedicated to GRAVIS new GUS PnP with AMD's phenomenal INTERWAVE chip and it's lousy support by GRAVIS
again, Project Pitchfork "influenced" :-)
I guess it's straight EBM
last updated 23-Nov-1994, a 28.8 modem takes < 1 minute to download, program runs under everything ;)
my first S3M, after MODEDIT (uaaarghh) and the WhackerTracker time I was SOOOOO terribly happy about FC's Scream Tracker 3 - it was SOOOOO cool!!!
not a great tune but one of my first :-) - so it WILL stay here
contains samples of KMFDM, Project Pitchfork, LeatherStrip
why "FUCK8BIT"? - because of the LOUSY quality of the SB players till summer 94 - it was sooo a shocking difference between the original 16 bit WAVs and the output of SCRMT/DMP/IPLAY ...
